Guest Service Associate

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Guest Service Associate to join our team in the F&B service department. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and be able to provide top-notch service to our guests.
Roles and Responsibility
- Manage front desk operations, including handling guest inquiries and resolving issues professionally.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in public areas.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to guest requests and concerns.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and improve overall performance.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance guest satisfaction.
Job Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to work effectively with diverse groups.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues efficiently.
- Knowledge of hotel operations and procedures is essential.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow.
