Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented QA Lead to oversee the quality assurance function across our digital and CRM ecosystem. The ideal candidate will be proficient in both manual and automation testing, with proven experience in WordPress, Salesforce, and CRM implementation and integration projects.

The QA Lead will be responsible for establishing QA best practices, leading a team of testers, and ensuring high-quality, on-time delivery of projects. This role involves setting up and maintaining automation frameworks, driving continuous improvement, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless, reliable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Strategy

• Lead the QA team across multiple projects involving WordPress, Salesforce, and CRM systems.
• Define and implement comprehensive test strategies, plans, and frameworks for both manual and automated testing.
• Set up and maintain automated testing environments to enhance test efficiency and reliability.
• Mentor and guide QA team members, fostering technical growth, accountability, and continuous learning.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Developers, and Business Analysts to ensure quality is embedded throughout the development lifecycle.
• Continuously assess and improve QA processes, tools, and methodologies to achieve higher quality standards.

Testing & Execution

• Conduct and oversee manual and automated testing for functional, regression, system, integration, and UAT phases.
• Lead automation efforts using tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar frameworks.
• Perform API and interface testing for integrated systems.
• Work on Salesforce testing including customizations, workflows, integrations, and third-party applications.
• Test WordPress websites and applications, ensuring stability, performance, and functional accuracy.
• Manage defect tracking, prioritization, and closure using QA management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail, Zephyr).
• Prepare detailed test reports, dashboards, and QA metrics for management and stakeholders.
• Design and review test strategies, test plans, and test cases for both manual and automated testing.
• Manage defect triage, risk assessments, and testing status reporting.
• Monitor project quality metrics and proactively address risks or bottlenecks.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in software testing, with 4+ years in a QA Lead or Senior QA role.
• Hands-on experience with both manual and automation testing.
• Strong understanding of WordPress, Salesforce CRM, and integration testing.
• Proven experience in automation frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.
• Familiarity with API testing tools (Postman, Swagger, Rest Assured).
• Experience in working with Agile/Scrum environments and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• QA certification such as ISTQB, CSTE, or equivalent is mandatory.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of performance and security testing tools.
• Exposure to DevOps pipelines and automated deployment workflows.
• Ability to work across distributed teams.
• Experience in API and performance testing.
• Exposure to cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Experience in testing cross-platform integrations and data sync between CRM and web systems.
• Familiarity with automated regression pipelines in CI/CD tools like Jenkins or GitHub Actions.
