Key Responsibilities

  • Accounting & Finalization
  • Maintain and update books of accounts on a day-to-day basis, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
  • Prepare trial balance, profit & loss account, balance sheet, and other financial statements up to finalization.
  • Reconcile bank accounts, vendor accounts, and inter-company balances.
  • Audit Co-ordination
  • Liaise and coordinate with statutory auditors, internal auditors, and tax consultants for timely completion of audits.
  • Provide all necessary schedules, explanations, and supporting documents during the audit process.
  • Ensure compliance with audit recommendations.
  • Taxation & Statutory Compliance
  • Handle GST compliance including preparation, payment, reconciliation, and filing of GST returns.
  • Deduct, deposit, and file TDS returns as per statutory timelines.
  • Stay updated with changes in tax laws and implement them in the accounting process.
  • Accounts Payable & Receivable Management
  • Monitor vendor invoices, payments, and outstanding balances.
  • Ensure timely collection of receivables and maintain credit control.
  • Reconcile supplier/customer accounts on a regular basis.
  • MIS & Reporting
  • Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual MIS reports for management review.
  • Prepare expense comparison, variance analysis, and budget vs. actual reports.
  • Maintain and update the Fixed Assets Register across group companies.
  • ERP & Technology
  • Work on ERP systems (SAP / Oracle / Tally ERP / other platforms) for accounting and reporting.
  • Generate reports, dashboards, and analytics through ERP modules.
  • Suggest process improvements and automation in financial reporting.
  • Additional Responsibilities
  • Take up special assignments and additional responsibilities as assigned by management.
  • Ensure internal controls are maintained and company policies are followed.
  • Support finance team in cross-functional tasks as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Educational Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / MBA Finance or equivalent.
  • Experience: 5–10 years in accounts & finance.
  • Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of Accounting Standards, GST, TDS, and ERP systems.
  • Soft Skills: Analytical mindset, attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines, and strong coordination skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹200, ₹800,000.00 per year
