The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Oracle OTM areas – Transportation, Fleet, Order Management, Transportation Planning & Execution, Event Management, Route Optimization, Rate Optimization, Usage of Maps and Freight Bill Audit & Payments, hands-on implementation / configuration experience, and the ability to work effectively with stakeholders. This role involves analyzing business requirements, configuring Oracle OTM solutions, supporting end-to-end implementations, and providing post-go-live support.

Objectives of this role

• As a skilled Oracle Fusion OTM Functional Consultant with deep expertise in North America implementations, you'll work as a functional subject matter expert responsible for end-to-end configurations, solutioning, data conversions, report development, and OTM related solutions.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate strong understanding of transportation and logistics business processes and workflows.
• Demonstrate extensive hands-on experience with Oracle Transportation Management (OTM), including core configuration and customization.
• Collaborate with SCM, Logistics, IT, and business leaders to gather requirements and design effective Oracle Fusion OTM solutions.
• Demonstrate proficiency in developing OTM Workbenches, reports, and automation solutions.
• Showcase advanced skills in data operations and integrations.
• Lead with proven experience working with third-party logistics systems and enterprise integrations.
• Conduct workshops, demos, and training sessions in both supported languages.
• Provide support for data migration, testing (SIT/UAT), and change management activities.
• Develop training materials, quick reference guides, and knowledge transfer documentation.
• Support end-users during go-live and stabilization phases.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws, reporting requirements, and Transportation / Logistics best practices

Required skills and qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, education in logistics, or related field.
• 5-10 years of experience with Oracle Fusion OTM Cloud implementations (in a functional consultant or senior consultant role).
• Strong knowledge of at least three or more Oracle OTM functional areas (Transportation, Fleet, Order Management, Transportation Planning & Execution, Event Management, Route Optimization, Rate Optimization, Usage of Maps and Freight Bill Audit & Payments).
• Solid understanding of SCM processes and Logistic best practices.
• Excellent bilingual communication skills
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred skills and qualifications

• Prior experience with 2+ End to End OTM Implementations.
• Proficiency with being in a client facing role as consultant or senior consultant.
• Work independently and thrive in cross-functional team environments
• Experience with leading a stream

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,500, ₹2,500,000.00 per year
