ABOUT THE ROLE:

You'll join forces with dedicated professionals in the financial services and enterprise IT sector, working on exciting projects that shape the future of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) solutions. As an Oracle EBS Architect, you will be at the forefront of designing, implementing, and optimizing enterprise-grade ERP systems, ensuring scalability, integration, and alignment with business objectives.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

• Define and design end-to-end Oracle EBS architecture, covering financials (main focus), supply chain, HR, and other core modules.
• Lead system integration efforts between Oracle EBS and other enterprise platforms.
• Drive solution design workshops with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical architectures.
• Provide architectural governance and best practices for Oracle EBS customizations, extensions, interfaces, and reporting (CEMLI).
• Oversee upgrades, migrations, and roadmaps (R12 to R12.2, or transition to Oracle Fusion/Cloud ERP).
• Ensure high performance, scalability, and security across Oracle EBS environments.
• Mentor and guide cross-functional teams, offering technical leadership throughout project lifecycles.
• Conduct performance tuning, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure long-term system sustainability.

WHAT WE EXPECT:

• 6+ years of experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (R12.x) in an architect or senior technical role.
• Strong knowledge of core EBS modules: Financials (GL, AP, AR, FA), SCM (PO, OM, INV), and HRMS.
• Expertise in Oracle database technologies, SQL, PL/SQL, and application performance tuning.
• Solid experience with integration tools (Oracle SOA Suite, APIs, Oracle Integration Cloud, or equivalent).
• Hands-on background in application server configuration, system upgrades, and security design.
• Experience defining migration strategies (EBS to R12.2 and/or Oracle Cloud ERP).
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage business stakeholders and technical teams alike.
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline.

Nice to have:

• Oracle certifications (OCP, Oracle EBS/Cloud ERP).
• Experience in large-scale global ERP implementations.
• Familiarity with compliance requirements (SOX, GDPR).
