Role & Responsibilities:

• Interact with users via our in-app calling system (voice or video).
• Listen actively, provide friendly support, and maintain positive conversations.
• Discuss everyday topics like confidence, relationships, stress, or motivation.
• Uphold a respectful, safe, and non-judgmental environment.
