  • Logistics Coordination & Returns: Act as the primary liaison between internal warehouse logistics and external marketplace partners. Oversee the efficient tracking and resolution of all customer returns and reverse logistics.
  • Catalog Integrity & Listing Management: Execute the creation, maintenance, and optimization of all product listings. Utilize bulk upload tools (flat files) to ensure continuous data integrity, pricing accuracy, and consistent categorization across platforms.
  • Quick Commerce Responsiveness: Proactively manage real-time inventory allocation and monitor rapid fulfillment of orders originating from Quick Commerce channels, ensuring immediate dispatch.
  • Financial Claims & Analysis: Systematically raise, monitor, and resolve operational claims pertaining to lost inventory, transit damage, or incorrect financial deductions to maximize recovery. Support the reconciliation process by generating and analyzing detailed platform reports.
