hiring a Social Media Optimization (

SMO

) Manager—we're looking for a creative powerhouse and trend-savvy storyteller who lives and breathes reels, retweets, shares, and stories.

If crafting scroll-stopping content, building engaged online communities, and amplifying brand love is your passion, this is your stage. You will lead our social media presence across multiple platforms, driving engagement, brand visibility, traffic, and conversions through organic social media strategies.

Key_Responsibilities

Develop and execute impactful social media strategies aligned with business goals.

Manage and grow presence across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging platforms.

Plan and maintain daily content calendars (posts, reels, stories, polls, etc.).

Collaborate with the content and design teams to create visually appealing and engaging posts.

Optimize content for maximum engagement (timing, formats, hashtags).

Monitor, analyze, and report performance metrics using analytics tools.

Handle community engagement & reputation management (comments, DMs, reviews).

Stay updated on trends, platform updates, and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.

Align organic and paid strategies by coordinating with the paid media team.

Run influencer collaborations and outreach programs.

Track key KPIs like reach, engagement rate, follower growth, CTR, and more.

Organize and manage social contests, campaigns, and events to boost interaction.

Key Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field.

Minimum 4+ years of proven experience in social media strategy and execution.

Strong understanding of organic social media algorithms & best practices.

Hands-on experience with tools like Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or similar.

Proficiency in analytics tools (native insights, Google Analytics, etc.).

Excellent communication, copywriting, and storytelling skills.

Creative mindset with a keen visual sense.

Strong multitasking ability and adherence to deadlines.
