Job description

Provide functional leadership for assigned project role focused on Cloud Inventory and Cloud Procurement Suite of applications and any relative solution design, business process analysis, and system integration.

In this role you will act as a Subject Matter Expert for the Oracle Cloud Procurement Cloud Suite (including modules Purchasing, Self-service Procurement, Supplier Portal, Negotiations, Supplier Qualifications and Procurement Contracts) and Oracle Cloud Inventory supporting the design, configuration, validation and realization of the modules delivering a solution that meets the customers objectives by combining industry best practices, product knowledge, and business acumen.

The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of the above said functionalities and capabilities to drive design, configuration, and testing of the Cloud products. Exercises creativity and independent judgment in developing methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria to deliver functional and technical expertise on a wide range of business and technology solutions. Enables business development efforts by providing subject matter expertise. Resolves complex customer escalations. Drives customer process direction and decisions by providing Supply Chain Cloud expertise.

Develop solution design and lead client throughout implementation, post go-live and steady state support. 7+ years of proven experience as an Oracle Cloud Functional Consultant.

The role requires skills to understanding of client's requirement, map, configure & deliver solutions in business environments within reasonable time.

Job requires a fair degree of analytical and scientific skills at understanding customer's business processes.

Required Candidate profile.

• Experience as a resource in the implementation full lifecycle of at least 3 Oracle Cloud implementations and go-live support.
• 8+ years of experience working with an ERP system in a software configuration implementation role.
• Lead the day-to-day activities of Oracle Cloud Procurement and Inventory modules, including process design, implementation lifecycle support, and project reviews.
• Assist with design workshops and functional process workshops in all Oracle Supplier Portal Cloud and Oracle Supplier Qualification Cloud areas.
• Experience in gathering and documenting business requirements, leading fit-gap analysis conference.

room pilots (CRP's) functional configuration, testing, client user training.

• Ability to define testing scenarios and develop validation scripts.
• Support clients with the execution of validation scripts.
• Interact and communicate effectively with finance and technology senior and middle management executives as well as end user and business subject matter experts.
• Act in a Functional Lead capacity, responsible for implementing the above said modules.
• Review, analyze, and evaluate business systems and user needs.
• Prepare design documentation and work with application delivery resources as necessary to support business requirements.
• Work with clients to develop testing scenarios and test scripts and work with various teams (in an offshore-onsite model) to handle the integration and acceptance testing.
• Use Oracle applications functionality, tools, templates, and method and able to set up the system to meet the desired business process and requirements.
• Capability to work independently, take initiative with minimal supervision yet can participate as a team member with a willingness to help where needed.
