Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assist doctors and surgeons during procedures and operations.
- Manage pre-operative and post-operative patient care.
- Prepare OT (Operation Theatre) with sterile instruments and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with sterilization and infection control protocols.
- Maintain patient records, reports, and relevant documentation.
- Monitor patient vitals and provide nursing assistance as required.
- Coordinate with medical and administrative teams for smooth operations.
- Handle medical emergencies with prompt action.
Key Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in Nursing OR OT Technician course from a recognized institute.
- Registration with respective Nursing/Paramedical Council preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in OT / Nursing care (Freshers with strong skills may also apply).
- Good knowledge of surgical instruments, sterilization, and patient handling.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Compassionate, patient-focused, and a team player.
Work Schedule:
- Full-time (Onsite)
- Shifts may vary as per clinic schedule
Salary Range:
- Competitive; based on qualifications and experience
