Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Internship Customer Relationship Executive role at INFI WINDOW SYSTEM, located in Noida. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing business relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and fostering positive interactions with clients. Additional duties include addressing customer service inquiries and maintaining clear communication to enhance client relations effectively.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
- Experience in Business Relationship Management and Client Relations
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work effectively in a team and build positive relationships
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and delivering excellent customer experiences
- Relevant academic background preferred; experience in customer-facing roles is a plus
