Role Overview

We are hiring a
Business Development Manager
to lead distributor acquisition and partnerships in the
FMCG sector
. The main focus will be on
coffee products
, with additional opportunities in cosmetics and personal care. This role requires strong market knowledge, negotiation skills, and an established distributor network.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and onboard distributors, wholesalers, and retail partners in Lucknow.
  • Drive distributor acquisition and sales growth for coffee products.
  • Explore and expand distribution for cosmetics and other FMCG categories.
  • Negotiate terms, pricing, and agreements with distributors.
  • Monitor competitor activities and provide market insights.
  • Ensure distributor onboarding, product knowledge, and marketing support.
  • Report regularly on pipeline, sales progress, and opportunities.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 3–7 years' proven experience
    in FMCG distribution / business development.
  • Strong network in the FMCG distribution ecosystem in Uttar Pradesh.
  • Coffee/tea/beverages distribution experience is highly preferred.
  • Added advantage: experience in
    cosmetics / personal care distribution
    .
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
