. With a growing footprint in Asia, we are now expanding into India and seeking an experienced professional to build our distributor network in Lucknow.
Role Overview
We are hiring a
Business Development Manager
to lead distributor acquisition and partnerships in the
FMCG sector
. The main focus will be on
coffee products
, with additional opportunities in cosmetics and personal care. This role requires strong market knowledge, negotiation skills, and an established distributor network.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard distributors, wholesalers, and retail partners in Lucknow.
- Drive distributor acquisition and sales growth for coffee products.
- Explore and expand distribution for cosmetics and other FMCG categories.
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and agreements with distributors.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide market insights.
- Ensure distributor onboarding, product knowledge, and marketing support.
- Report regularly on pipeline, sales progress, and opportunities.
Qualifications & Experience
- 3–7 years' proven experience
in FMCG distribution / business development. - Strong network in the FMCG distribution ecosystem in Uttar Pradesh.
- Coffee/tea/beverages distribution experience is highly preferred.
- Added advantage: experience in
cosmetics / personal care distribution
. - Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
