As a DTP Operator, you will play a crucial role in our production process by creating, formatting, and preparing documents for printing and digital distribution. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Operating DTP software (e.g., Word, PageMaker, InDesign) to create and modify documents, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Working with ISM
  • Utilizing online internet services for research, file sharing, and communication.
  • Operating photostat machines for document reproduction
  • Collaborating with designers, editors, and other team members to ensure smooth production workflow.
  • Adhering to deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Design and produce engaging visual content for marketing materials, social media, website, presentations, and print collateral.

Must-Have Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven proficiency in Adobe Photoshop for image manipulation, photo editing, and digital art creation.
  • Expert knowledge and practical experience using CorelDRAW for vector illustration, layout, and print-ready file preparation.
  • Competency in the MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), particularly in creating visually polished and informative presentations.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating versatility and creativity in graphic design.
  • Excellent understanding of design principles, color theory, and typography.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
  • A minimum of 2 years of professional graphic design
