Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a technical leadership or staff/principal role.
  • Proven expertise in system architecture, design patterns, and scaling distributed systems.
  • Strong understanding of compliance and security frameworks like GDPR, SOC2 and PCI DSS.
  • Experience mentoring and developing senior engineers into leadership roles.
  • Excellent collaboration skills with experience working closely with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Hands-on experience with production incident management and improving system reliability.

Nice To Have

  • Experience working in SaaS or B2B product environments.
  • Familiarity with OKRs and metric-driven product delivery.
  • Contributions to open-source or technical community events.
