Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Front Line Supervisor located in Jammu. The Front Line Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing and motivating team members, coordinating tasks, and maintaining performance standards. The individual will ensure smooth workflow, address issues as they arise, and implement training programs to maintain team competence and morale.

Qualifications

  • Strong Supervisory Skills and ability to manage team dynamics effectively
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills for managing team interactions and customer relations
  • Experience in Training and Employee Development to ensure team skills and knowledge are up to date
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment
  • Previous experience in the automobile industry is preferred
