Role Overview:

We are looking for a highly experienced and proactive Senior Project Support Officer (PSO) to support the client projects under IT Security Portfolio. The selected individual will be a key member of the Project Support Office, providing high-quality support and governance expertise to project managers and senior stakeholders. This is a critical role that demands deep PMO knowledge, hands-on experience, and the ability to hit the ground running.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive project support across the portfolio, ensuring consistency in PMO services and governance.
  • Manage and maintain RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies) across multiple projects.
  • Facilitate and coordinate project governance forums, including preparing materials, capturing actions, and ensuring timely follow-ups.
  • Support the implementation and adherence to project governance frameworks, processes, and templates.
  • Track project milestones, deliverables, and timelines; ensure timely and accurate reporting to key stakeholders.
  • Work closely with project managers to ensure project control standards are followed.
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams and provide high-quality documentation support.
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and communication materials for steering committees and leadership teams.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 8+ years of experience in a PMO or PSO role, preferably in IT or security-related projects.
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in RAID management.
  • Proven expertise in supporting and driving project governance forums.
  • Experience working in structured project environments with exposure to portfolio-level oversight.
  • Proficient in using project management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to multitask across multiple projects with minimal supervision.
  • Exposure to financial services or regulated environments is a plus.
  • Experience in internal/external audits is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • PMP / PRINCE2 / PMO certifications (desirable but not mandatory)
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, business administration, or a related field.
