Aevevo Technology is an innovative telemedicine platform transforming healthcare through cutting-edge technology. We are seeking a talented Senior Full Stack Developer skilled in both MERN stack and Python Django to join our growing engineering team. You will work on designing, developing, and maintaining scalable and secure healthcare applications.

Role Overview:

As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will lead the development of end-to-end features using the MERN stack (MongoDB, , React, ) and Python Django backend. You will collaborate closely with product, design, and QA teams to deliver high-quality software, mentor junior developers, and drive technical excellence across the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using MERN stack and Django.
  • Develop RESTful APIs and integrate frontend interfaces with backend services.
  • Lead architectural decisions for both frontend and backend systems.
  • Ensure code quality through code reviews, unit testing, and integration testing.
  • Mentor and guide junior developers and conduct knowledge-sharing sessions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver features aligned with business goals.
  • Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and security.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues promptly.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes and best practices.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack development.
  • Strong hands-on expertise with MERN stack: MongoDB, , React,
  • Proficient in Python and Django framework for backend development.
  • Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs.
  • Solid understanding of frontend technologies including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+).
  • Experience with version control systems such as Git.
  • Knowledge of database design, indexing, and query optimization.
  • Familiarity with containerization (Docker), CI/CD pipelines, and cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in the healthcare or telemedicine domain.
  • Knowledge of authentication and authorization mechanisms (OAuth, JWT).
  • Familiarity with GraphQL or WebSockets.
  • Experience with automated testing frameworks and TDD.
