Location: Pune (Open to other locations if required)

Budget: Up to ₹1,00,000 In-Hand Per Month

Employment Type: Contract to Hire (C2H)

Experience Required: 5+ Years (Relevant GETPAID experience must)

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced GETPAID Developer who can independently manage and support all aspects of the FIS GETPAID application, including configuration, integration with Oracle ERP, and day-to-day support activities related to collections, cash applications, and reporting. The ideal candidate must be self-driven, able to troubleshoot issues effectively, and support business users across modules.

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure and manage FIS GETPAID application across modules: Collections, Cash App, and Reporting.
  • Set up and maintain integration between GETPAID and Oracle ERP.
  • Perform user management activities, including onboarding collectors, assigning/removing licenses, and tracking user access.
  • Support Cash Application processes, including bank file transformations between GETPAID and ERP.
  • Handle and monitor end-to-end integrations from Bank → GETPAID → Oracle ERP.
  • Manage and troubleshoot order status issues, including debugging and resolving root causes for stuck or failed transactions.
  • Act as primary point of contact for GETPAID-related support tickets and issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, IT, ERP Support) to ensure smooth functioning of order-to-cash operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in working with the FIS GETPAID platform.
  • Strong hands-on knowledge of GETPAID configurations, integrations, and workflows.
  • Experience integrating GETPAID with Oracle ERP systems.
  • Good understanding of Cash Application, Bank file management, and Collections workflows.
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex issues independently.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with business users and stakeholders.
  • Experience managing user provisioning, license usage, and role configurations.

Good to Have

Exposure to banking and finance domain.

Knowledge of order-to-cash processes in large enterprises.

Experience working in Agile or ITIL-based environments.

Contract Details

Type: Contract to Hire (C2H)

Initial Contract Duration: 6 months (extendable or convertible to permanent based on performance)

Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days preferred
