Job Description:

• Responsible for leading a team of developers and ensuring the successful delivery of complex .NET-based web applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders, to understand project requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Design and architect scalable, maintainable, and secure .NET-based systems, leveraging best practices and industry standards.
• Mentor and guide the team in adopting agile software development practices, code reviews, and continuous integration/deployment processes.
• Actively participate in the development process, contributing to the codebase and providing hands-on guidance to junior team members.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest .NET technologies, frameworks, and industry trends, and ensure the team is continuously learning and improving.
• Effectively manage project timelines, risks, and dependencies to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of .NET developers and ensure the successful delivery of complex web applications.
• Design and architect scalable, maintainable, and secure .NET-based systems.
• Mentor and guide the team in adopting agile software development practices.
• Actively contribute to the codebase and provide hands-on guidance to junior team members.
• Manage project timelines, risks, and dependencies to ensure successful project delivery.

Qualifications:

• 5-8 years of experience in .NET web application development.
• Proficient in C#, ASP.NET, and related .NET technologies.
• Strong understanding of software architecture patterns and design principles.
• Experience in leading a team of developers and managing software projects.
• Familiarity with agile software development methodologies and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Shift Time: 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM
