THE ROLE
Maintenance - Payments, Temenos Regionalized Solutions and Enterprise handles end-to-end delivery of client maintenance issues. Adherence to client SLAs, quick turnaround of issues and continuous quality improvement are key to this ART

OPPORTUNITIES

• You will Participate in Scrum calls, Scrum Retrospection (e.g., development, testing, automation, workarounds, or changes in processes). Ensure all deliverables are developed properly with expected quality.
• You will Analyze client defects, liaise with PACS, project or other product team(s) to replicate the issue, troubleshoot / debug the problem, and identify the root cause to get it fixed as part of product maintenance lifecycle.
• You will Analyze client business requirements, liaise with PACS/project team(s) or other product team(s) and produce necessary fixes/documentation for addressing the requirements. Be involved actively across all stages of SDLC.
• You will Act in an engineering model with passion for both coding and test automations.
• You will Lead and give guidance to help key stakeholders understand the impacts of changes through extensive and coordinated discovery analysis.
• You will Derive and define high level test Plans, map out appropriate epics and user stories to support delivery whilst applying a customer focused approach to the process.
• You will Follow the software development lifecycle from inception through design, engineering, testing and deployment. Manage prioritization proactively, providing the best go to market solution in a timely fashion.

Skills

• You should have 4-8 years of experience in Core Banking development/maintenance/implementation
• You should have JBC programming, SQL or other relational databases
• You should have Webservices, Rest APIs
• You should have Banking Framework knowledge would be an added advantage
• You should have Security principles, authentication & authorization
• You should have Hands on experience in Atlassian SDLC suite
• You should have Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, cloud and microservices will be an added advantage
• You should have True One-Engineer with passion for both coding and testing
• You should have Excellent written and communication skills
• You should have Ability to work independently, with others and external parties
• You should have Ability to present confidently at a senior level
• You should have Extremely organized with strong time-management skills
• You should have Strong documentation and analysis skills are essential
• You should have Strong practical, working knowledge of Agile SDLC is essential
