Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Manage and monitor end-to-end site execution of civil and road projects as per approved drawings, specifications, and timelines.
  • Ensure strict compliance with government project requirements, contracts, and technical standards.
  • Supervise daily site operations, including manpower deployment, subcontractor coordination, and quality checks.
  • Prepare, verify, and certify quantities (BOQ) and RA bills for client and government submissions.
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, and government authorities to ensure smooth execution and approvals.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for procurement, planning, billing, and logistics.
  • Prepare and maintain DPRs, progress reports, and project documentation.
  • Ensure adherence to safety, statutory, and environmental guidelines at project sites.
  • Ability to interpret and execute works as per drawings and technical specifications.
  • Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills for managing site teams.
  • Willingness to travel extensively and work at sites across India.

Education and Experience:

  • Civil Engineer (B.E./B.Tech) with 69 years of hands-on site execution experience in civil/road projects.
  • Strong experience in government project execution, client billing, and certification of quantities.
