Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Mumbai for a Mental Health Specialist. The role involves providing mental health care services, conducting psychological evaluations, offering crises intervention support, and managing cases. The specialist will collaborate with individuals, families, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective treatment plans that prioritize the well-being of clients.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Mental Health Care and Psychology
- Proficiency in Case Management, including organizing and coordinating care for clients
- Experience with Mental Health and Crisis Intervention practices
- Strong interpersonal communication and active listening skills
- Ability to maintain a compassionate, empathetic, and professional approach while working directly with clients
- A Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field
- Licensing or certification in mental health practice is preferred
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and adapt to diverse client needs
