  ₹10 LPA to ₹40 LPA (based on relevant experience, interview performance & last drawn CTC)

Position Overview

We are hiring an
Architect II
to join our client's award-winning Mumbai studio of their
International Architecture Design Firm
. This role will offer the opportunity to
work on large-scale, integrated design projects
across sectors while collaborating with global design teams and specialist consultants.

The ideal candidate will be a
design-sensitive, technically strong architect with a collaborative mindset, excellent Revit (BIM) skills
, and the ability to manage documentation and coordination across complex projects.

Role & Responsibilities

• Participate as a team member in the development of
  aesthetic and technical designs
  and preparation of architectural drawings and construction documents.
• Assist with
  construction administration services
  and coordination at project sites.
• Collaborate closely with the
  Principal in Charge, Project Architect, and Project Manager
  .
• Lead and support
  BIM modeling, drawing documentation, and compliance reviews
  .
• Coordinate with consulting engineers, specialist consultants, and suppliers.
• Attend client meetings and maintain excellent client relationships.
• Ensure adherence to internal project standards, production quality, and deadlines.
• Keep the Project Manager and leadership team updated on project progress and resourcing needs.

Qualifications & Skills

• BArch / MArch
  (Master's preferred)
• 5–15 years of experience in an architectural practice (international firm experience a plus)
• Proficiency in
  Revit (BIM)
  is mandatory
• Strong skills in
  SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite / Affinity Creative Suite
• Experience attending
  construction progress meetings and resolving on-site queries
• Prior exposure to
  educational, healthcare, and mixed-use projects
  is highly valued
• LEED, EDAC, or WELL accreditation is a plus
• Excellent
  graphic, organizational, technical, and written communication skills
• Should be currently based in Mumbai or willing to relocate to Mumbai
