We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Tally software and a solid understanding of GST filing procedures. Strong communication skills are essential, as the role involves regular interaction with customers for payment collections and financial coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain day-to-day accounting entries using Tally ERP
  • Prepare and file GST returns accurately and on time
  • Generate and manage invoices, payment receipts, and other financial documents
  • Follow up with customers regarding outstanding payments
  • Coordinate with the internal team and clients to resolve billing or payment issues
  • Maintain records and documentation in compliance with company policies

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Tally ERP accounting software
  • Strong knowledge of GST compliance and filing
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to interact professionally with clients for collections and payment follow-up
  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field is preferred

Job Type: Full-time
