Education: B.E. Computer Science/IT degree (or any other engineering discipline)
Experience: 5+ years Work Timings: 2pm to 11pm     We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Associate Manager - Email Marketing Operations to lead and optimize our email marketing initiatives. This role demands extensive experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) or similar platforms, proficiency in SQL, and a strong ability to translate complex business needs into actionable technical solutions. The ideal candidate will excel in cross-functional collaboration, process optimization, and team leadership, driving efficiency and effectiveness across all email marketing operations.​   Key Responsibilities:   Process Optimization and Documentation: Design and implement reusable and scalable solutions to document business rules, product requirements, and work instructions.​ Identify operational gaps and develop automated solutions to drive productivity and efficiency.​   Advanced Data Management and Automation: Utilize advanced SQL queries, automations, and data flows within SFMC to create scalable and efficient marketing solutions along with the SMEs Manage data extensions and integrations to ensure seamless data synchronization across platforms.​   Stakeholder Communication and Requirement Translation: Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, effectively translating business needs into detailed requirement documents.​ Ensure clear communication of project timelines, risks, and expectations to senior management and cross-functional teams.​   Project and Workflow Management: Utilize project management tools such as Workfront, JIRA, or YouTrack to oversee project workflows, task tracking, and resource allocation.​ Coordinate with responsible teams to address quality assurance/control needs and gaps, updating processes as necessary.​   Team Leadership and Development: Lead and mentor a team of email marketing professionals, fostering a culture of continuous learning and upskilling.​ Manage team performance, conduct regular feedback sessions, and handle hiring and appraisal processes Maintain work balance among different teams and prioritize tasks during high-volume phases.​   Performance Analysis and Reporting: Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to email deliverability and engagement, identifying trends and potential issues.​ Provide regular reports on team and individual performance, offering insights and recommendations for improvement.   Required Skills & Qualifications:  

• Advanced experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) or similar email platforms.​
• Should be able to propose solutions using SQL queries, automations, and data flows is good to have
• Proficiency in project management systems (e.g., Workfront, JIRA, YouTrack) for workflow management and task tracking.​
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly convey complex information to stakeholders.​
• Proven ability to translate business needs into comprehensive requirement documents for technical teams.​
• Proficient in identifying business gaps and implementing scalable, automated solutions to enhance productivity.​
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating responsibility and results-driven focus.​
• Experience in leading teams, resolving conflicts, and conducting team meetings.​

  Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with email deliverability best practices and monitoring KPI data trends to identify and address potential issues.​
• Familiarity with quality assurance/control processes and coordinating updates with responsible teams is good to have
• Ability to communicate effectively with senior management regarding project timelines, risks, and expected launch dates.​
• Experience in identifying training opportunities and updating documentation as needed.​
