Job Title SailPoint Developer Production Support

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and proactive SailPoint Developer with strong production support experience to join our Identity and Access Management IAM team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in SailPoint IdentityIQ or IdentityNow and a solid understanding of IAM principles system integrations and troubleshooting in enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

Provide production support for SailPoint IdentityIQ or IdentityNow implementations

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to provisioning access certifications and policy enforcement

Develop and maintain SailPoint components including rules workflows lifecycle events and connectors

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SailPoint with external systems using REST or SOAP APIs

Monitor system performance and ensure high availability of IAM services

Participate in incident management root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives

Maintain documentation for configurations processes and support procedures

Required Skills and Qualifications

5 or more years of hands-on experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ or IdentityNow development

Strong proficiency in Java Beanshell XML and SQL

Experience with SailPoint rules tasks workflows lifecycle events and connector configuration

Familiarity with REST or SOAP APIs and external system integrations

Solid understanding of IAM concepts including provisioning RBAC SOD access certification and policy enforcement

Experience with Active Directory or LDAP cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure and SSO or SAML or OAuth integrations

Knowledge of version control tools like Git CI or CD tools like Jenkins and ticketing systems like JIRA and ServiceNow

Excellent problem-solving communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications

SailPoint Certified IdentityIQ or IdentityNow Engineer

Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments

Prior experience in banking healthcare or telecom industries

Familiarity with Identity Governance frameworks and zero trust architecture

Primary Skills

SailPoint IdentityIQ or IdentityNow Development Hands-on experience with core components like rules, workflows, and connectors.

Java, Beanshell, XML, SQL Strong programming and scripting capabilities for customization and troubleshooting.

IAM Concepts Deep understanding of provisioning, RBAC, SOD, access certification, and policy enforcement.

Secondary Skills

Integration Technologies Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs and external system integrations.

Cloud and Directory Services Experience with Active Directory/LDAP, AWS, Azure, and SSO/SAML/OAuth.

DevOps and Support Tools Knowledge of Git, Jenkins, JIRA, ServiceNow, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
