Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Trainer, located in Shimla. The Trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging training sessions to students, with a focus on developing their technical and professional skills. Key tasks include curriculum planning, conducting lectures and workshops, mentoring students, and assessing their progress. The Trainer will also collaborate with academic departments and industry partners to ensure alignment with industry standards and expectations.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in curriculum design, training delivery, and student mentoring
  • Technical expertise in relevant domains like programming, software development, or data science
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in academic training or corporate learning programs
  • Ability to adapt teaching methods to diverse learning styles
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Experience working with edtech platforms or in the education sector is a plus
