GENERAL MANAGER :

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic General Manager to oversee the overall operations, business development, and organizational performance of our company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leadership, business management, and team coordination, ensuring all departments work efficiently toward company goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day business operations and ensure smooth functioning across all departments.
  • Develop and implement business strategies to achieve growth and profitability targets.
  • Manage and mentor department heads and cross-functional teams.
  • Monitor financial performance, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and quality standards.
  • Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
  • Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Represent the company in meetings, conferences, and business networks.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of managerial or leadership experience.
  • MBA / Masters Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven track record of managing multi-departmental teams and delivering results.
  • Excellent organizational and decision-making abilities.
