Job Description of Purchase manager:

The said expenses shall be as follows:

1) Utility Bills and Rents of all the companies. These expenses shall be paid on a timely basis and shall not

require prior approval. However, it must be ensured that the rent agreements for the offices are valid

and we are using the office premises currently.

2) Checking Salary Sheet of India and Overseas companies and book the same in books of accounts.

3) The instructor's claim sheet shall be received from the training team and the same shall be booked.

4) Send commission confirmation mail to ES with all the required details.

5) Sending payment approvals to mails to directors after checking all the required documents and necessary entries in books of accounts.

6) Providing assistance to members for any queries they may have: This involves helping members of the organization with any questions or concerns they may have.

7) Assisting with the finalization of books of accounts: This involves assisting GMFA while

reconciling financial records and ensuring that they are accurate and up to date.

8) Checking and following up on old GST, income tax, TDS notices or Service Tax notices with the CA: This involves reviewing all notices related to GST, income tax or TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) that the organization receives from the government. Will work closely with the organization's Chartered Accountant (CA) to ensure that all notices are responded to in a timely and accurate manner.

9) Providing assistance to others as and when required: This involves providing help to other members of the organization as needed
