As we expand our jewellery division, we are looking for a dynamic Sales Expert with a passion for jewellery and a strong background in customer service and product sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive jewellery sales by understanding customer needs and recommending suitable products.
  • Build strong client relationships and deliver exceptional in-store or online service.
  • Educate customers about the features and benefits of each jewellery piece, especially in relation to Astrology.
  • Manage inventory, product displays, and merchandising.
  • Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Handle billing, order processing, and customer follow-ups.
  • Stay updated on market trends, customer preferences, and competitor offerings.
  • Coordinate with the marketing and product teams for promotions, events, and new launches.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience (6-8 years) in jewellery sales or a similar retail role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong product knowledge and customer engagement abilities.
  • Interest or understanding of Astrology/spiritual jewellery is a strong advantage.
  • Professional appearance and behaviour.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and customer-focused environment.
