Role Description

This is an internship role for a Human Resources Intern, located on-site at our Bengaluru East facility. The intern will assist with daily HR operations, including recruitment coordination, employee engagement efforts, and maintaining HR records. Responsibilities also include supporting onboarding processes, organizing training sessions, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures. This is a hands-on learning opportunity to gain valuable experience in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

  • Familiarity with employee engagement
  • Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills
  • Proficiency in maintaining HR records and ensuring compliance with HR policies
  • Attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with HR software is a plus
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Previous internship or coursework in HR-related topics is an advantage
