PGC Digital (Formerly PradeepIT) is seeking an experienced SAP EWM Product Owner / Lead to drive excellence in warehouse operations and global template delivery.

Location: Bangalore (or as per project need)

Experience Required:

  • Total Experience: 7+ years
  • Relevant SAP EWM/WM Experience: 7+ years
  • Delivery/Project Management: Proven track record

Modules Involved:

  • SAP EWM (Core and Decentralized)
  • SAP WM (for legacy understanding)
  • SAP S/4HANA Logistics Integration
  • Basic understanding of SAP TM (Transportation Management) desirable

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Operational Excellence & Support Leadership
  2. Own and manage the end-to-end EWM support model for live OpCos
  3. Act as an escalation point for critical issues
  4. Stakeholder & Advisory Role
  5. Serve as a trusted advisor between business units and the global SAP team
  6. Coordinate with Warehouse Excellence programs and external vendors
  7. Product Ownership
  8. Lead product lifecycle activities: maintenance, upgrades, roadmap planning
  9. Develop and communicate product vision
  10. Collaborate with product architects, tech teams, and partners
  11. Agile Delivery Management
  12. Refine and prioritize product backlog
  13. Ensure high-quality agile delivery for live units
  14. Facilitate sprint planning, reviews, and product demos
  15. Template Governance
  16. Review and align with the EWM global template
  17. Lead discussions on process standardization and innovation
