The Opportunity

We are seeking a visionary
Principal – Pharmacy
to lead our Pharmacy Department into its next phase of academic excellence and industry alignment. This is a senior leadership role for an academic strategist who can blend compliance with innovation, discipline with inspiration, and operations with long-term vision.

As Principal, you will set the academic tone, drive regulatory excellence, mentor faculty talent, and shape future-focused pharmacy programs that align with national and global standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic academic and administrative leadership for the Pharmacy Department
• Ensure full compliance with regulatory bodies, academic standards, and institutional policies
• Lead curriculum development, accreditation, and continuous quality improvement
• Mentor, evaluate, and develop faculty for teaching and research excellence
• Foster a research-driven, student-centric learning culture
• Oversee prescription management, laboratory operations, and pharmacy practices
• Collaborate with university leadership to strengthen interdisciplinary initiatives
• Drive industry partnerships, student placements, and professional exposure
• Champion innovation in teaching methodologies, simulation, and applied learning

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum
  5+ years
  of relevant academic and leadership experience
• Strong command of
  Pharmacy principles, clinical practices, and prescription management
• Proven expertise in compounding techniques and pharmacy operations
• Demonstrated excellence in academic administration and regulatory compliance
• Ph.D. in Pharmacy
  or a closely related discipline (mandatory)
• Prior experience in
  academic leadership
  preferred
• Exceptional
  communication, mentoring, and team-building
  capabilities
• Strong
  organizational, decision-making, and strategic planning
