Position- Senior Graphic Designer

Essential:

  • Bachelors Degree in any stream,
  • Diploma or Certification in Multi-media designing from a reputed Institute
  • Proficiency in graphics editing software such as Adobe Creative cloud comprising Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
  • Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and the web Familiarity with HTML and CSS preferred Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, InDesign, and other graphic design/ video editing software

Desirable Qualification-

  • Masters degree in Multi-media/Graphic Design or related field

Experience:

  • Experience of 5 years in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to create unique content
  • Exceptional creative skills
  • Comprehensive understanding of marketing practices and programming skills HQ-

Job Profile

  • Design top-notch graphic content for different social media and other type of media
  • Develop fresh concepts based on company goals and current social media trends
  • Conceptualization and design of all requisite creative such as IEC materials like flyers, posters, danglers, handouts, brochures, Point of Sales/ Service point collaterals, cover designs, booklets, pamphlets, info-graphics, greetings, calendars, annual reports, various other documents, house journals/ newsletters, sales campaigns, print ads, Out of Home (OOH) advertisement like Bus queue shelters, hoardings, bus panels, mail vans, wrap-around, wall paintings etc. and any other marketing collateral.
  • Analyze design briefs and outline requirements
  • Present ideas and drafts to the team
  • Ensure that all the graphic elements are consistent in terms of style, colors, and messaging
  • Ensure that all the graphic elements that they create are presented on different devices flawlessly. This includes providing the best possible user experience for the large chunk of audience that consists of mobile users.
  • Utilize skills to create engaging and build exceptional creatives
  • Liaise and work with media agencies, content writers, website manager, and other members of the campaign
  • Measure key performance indicators and provide suggestions on what can be improved in the creative approach for the organization.
  • It is crucial for the candidate to be upto date with current marketing trends so that they can create adequate visual content that generates interest.
  • Ensure adherence to branding guidelines
  • Perform retouching and manipulation of images
  • Creating & maintaining stock images library & indexing of approved creative assets of UIDAI and its record keeping.
