We use technology, content, and data to make heart-friendly living simple and actionable.

We're now looking for a Social Media Marketing Intern who can help us tell this story online and grow our digital presence.

A. Role Overview

As a Social Media Marketing Intern, you will:

  • Create content around heart health, yoga, diet, stress management & wellness tech
  • Manage and schedule posts across Meta platforms (Instagram & Facebook)
  • Support Meta Ads setup, scheduling and basic performance tracking

You'll work closely with the founder and the product/tech team to turn our health insights into clear, engaging content.

B. Key Responsibilities

1. Content Creation (HealthTech + Wellness)

  • Write and develop contents for Instagram & Facebook
  • Create content for reels, carousels, static posts, and stories
  • Translate health concepts (BP, stress, heart risk, etc.) into simple, user-friendly content
  • Use tools like Canva to design basic creatives (Mandatory)

2. Social Media Marketing

  • Plan and maintain a content calendar for Meta platforms
  • Schedule posts using Meta Business Suite or similar tools
  • Help with basic community management – responding to comments & DMs

3. Meta Ads Support

  • Assist in setting up and scheduling Meta Ads campaigns (awareness, traffic, lead generation)
  • Monitor basic performance metrics (reach, clicks, CTR, leads, etc.)
  • Share simple weekly reports with learnings and ideas

4. Research & Trends

  • Track trends in HealthTech, wellness, yoga, corporate health, and startup life
  • Research competitor HealthTech / wellness brands and suggest content ideas
  • Explore trending reel formats, audio, and content styles on Instagram

C. Requirements

  • Student / fresher in Marketing, Mass Media, Communication, Business, or related fields (or strong interest in these)
  • Strong interest in social media + health/wellness/tech
  • Basic understanding of:
  • Instagram & Facebook content formats
  • Captions, hooks, and hashtags
  • Meta Business Suite / Ads Manager (good to have; can be learned)
  • Good written English (Hindi is a plus)
  • Familiarity with Canva, Google Docs, Google Sheets
  • Creative, proactive and willing to experiment & learn

D. Good to Have (Not Mandatory)

  • You've handled your own page or a brand page
  • You've run or helped run Meta Ads & WhatsApp Ads
  • Interest or basic knowledge in yoga, fitness, nutrition, or heart health
  • Interest in startups / HealthTech / digital products
