Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Territory Business Manager (TBM) located in NOIDA and WEST DELHI. The TBM will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with dermatologists, skincare professionals, and healthcare practitioners. The role involves promoting IBERIA Skinbrands' portfolio of products, achieving sales targets, conducting product demonstrations, implementing territory-based sales strategies, and providing market intelligence to the sales and marketing teams. The TBM will also be required to educate professionals about the latest developments in dermatology and innovative skincare solutions provided by the company.
Qualifications
- Sales and relationship management skills, including the ability to build and maintain professional networks with dermatologists and healthcare practitioners.
- Knowledge of dermatology, skincare, cosmeceuticals, and related product portfolios to effectively communicate benefits and usage of products.
- Strong presentation and demonstration skills for showcasing product features to clients and stakeholders.
- Analytical and strategic thinking skills for planning and implementing territory-specific sales strategies.
- Proficiency in market research, competitive analysis, and gathering market insights to identify opportunities and support strategic decisions.
- Flexibility to work on-site in NOIDA and WEST DELHI and effectively manage field activities in a dynamic market environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field is preferred. at least 1-2 yrs of experience in dermatology or pharmaceutical sales is advantageous.
