We are seeking a talented and motivated Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will assist in architectural design, drafting, and project coordination, contributing to innovative and functional design solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of architectural designs, concepts, and technical drawings.
- Work on AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and other design software.
- Support senior architects in project documentation, presentations, and client meetings.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and vendors.
- Conduct site visits and assist in project supervision.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and project requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Suite.
- Strong understanding of architectural principles, materials, and construction techniques.
- Excellent visualization and presentation skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills:
- Prior internship or experience in an architectural firm is a plus.
