Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an HR Manager based at our Salcette location. The HR Manager will oversee a range of HR responsibilities, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and compliance with labor regulations. Key duties include designing HR strategies, managing talent acquisition processes, implementing policies, addressing employee relations, and fostering a positive work environment. Additionally, the HR Manager will liaise with senior leadership to align HR initiatives with business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Workforce Planning
  • Expertise in Employee Relations, Employee Engagement, and Team Development
  • Experience in Policy Implementation, Compliance Management, and HR Administration
  • Strong Communication, Interpersonal, and Leadership Skills
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills for complex HR challenges
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations relevant to the hospitality industry
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree or HR certification is a plus)
