Your Profile:

  1. Execute campaigns to enhance customer lifecycle customer value, through retention marketing initiatives
  2. Liaise with the business intelligence and data sciences team to improve the effectiveness of CLM Campaigns.
  3. Liaise with CLM platforms and solution providers to ensure that campaign deliverables are achieved.
  4. Execute monthly weekly & daily CLM campaigns.
  5. Ensure that the reporting cadence with various platforms for retention campaigns is followed
  6. Collaborate with internal stakeholders: Marketing, Engineering, Product
  7. Collaborate with external stakeholders: Platforms, Vendors
  8. Work with design & creative team to ensure that the campaigns are executed timely and achieve the brand KPIs
  9. Effective planning and execution
  10. Insight building and analysis from data

Your Checklist:

  1. 1 to 3 years of working experience as CLM professional working on consumer retention in brands or CLM agencies.
  2. Should have basic knowledge of Email and Mobile Marketing. (Kenscio, Mail chimp, Sendgrid etc for Email and App & web re-engagements platforms: CleverTap, Web Engage, Moengage, etc)
  3. Agency or Brand experience execution of CLM & retention marketing campaigns
  4. Capability to execute multiple campaigns across Notifications, Email, App & web Notifications
  5. Should have capability to create data cohorts and use insight mining to execute campaigns and bring effective and efficient results
  6. Execution experience of mobile and email marketing
  7. Create campaign reports with attribution tracking & campaign deliveries
