Lead Servicenow Developer

Must-Have Skills

  • 6 to 8 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development

  • Strong expertise in ServiceNow plugin development (Scoped Applications, Script Includes, Business Rules, etc.)

  • Proven experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems (REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, IntegrationHub)

  • Experience with ServiceNow modules such as Customer Service Management (CSM)

  • Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow Studio - Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies

  • Strong debugging and problem-solving skills

Good-to-Have Skills

  • Experience with ServiceNow Flow Designer and IntegrationHub

  • Knowledge of ITIL processes and ServiceNow ITSM modules

  • Exposure to ServiceNow App Engine and Performance Analytics

  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer or Implementation Specialist

  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control (e.g., Git, Jenkins)

  • Understanding of security best practices in ServiceNow integrations
