About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented
Supply Chain Procurement Executive
to join our team in Dublin. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing procurement operations, vendor coordination, purchase planning, and end-to-end supply chain efficiency to ensure smooth business operations and cost optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the complete procurement cycle — from requisition to purchase order and delivery.
  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable vendors and suppliers.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to ensure cost-effective procurement.
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate with internal departments to forecast and maintain optimal inventory levels.
  • Ensure timely delivery of materials and resolve any supply chain disruptions or discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other important procurement data.
  • Collaborate with finance for invoice verification and payment processing.
  • Support logistics coordination for inbound and outbound shipments.
  • Adhere to company procurement policies, compliance, and ethical standards.
  • Continuously analyse and improve procurement processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management (preferably in a manufacturing, logistics, or FMCG setup).
  • Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems (SAP / Oracle / similar).
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight timelines.
  • Must be based in Dublin or willing to commute to Newcastle / Rathcoole location.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of import/export documentation and logistics coordination.
  • Experience in cost analysis and contract management.
  • Understanding of sustainability and compliance in procurement.
