Edtech & Upskilling platform
focused on transforming the
Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry
with tech-first learning solutions. As we scale, we are looking for a
Fractional CTO
to guide our technology strategy and oversee the development of our Learning Management System (LMS) and digital platform.

Role Overview

The Fractional CTO will work closely with the founding team to provide
strategic technology leadership
, ensure
robust architecture decisions
, and oversee
execution with lean resources
. This is a part-time, high-impact role ideal for senior technology leaders who want to contribute to an early-stage startup on a flexible basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive the
  tech roadmap
  for BuildAmbit's 0–1 journey.
• Oversee the design and development of the
  LMS platform and integrations
  .
• Ensure
  scalable, secure, and compliant architecture
  aligned with Edtech needs.
• Evaluate and onboard the right
  technology stack, tools, and vendors
  .
• Build and mentor an initial tech/product team.
• Advise on
  AI/ML, personalization, and data-driven features
  for learner experience.
• Align technology strategy with business goals, funding milestones, and scalability.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in technology leadership roles.
• Proven track record of building and scaling digital platforms (preferably in Edtech, SaaS, or consumer tech).
• Hands-on expertise in
  product architecture, cloud infrastructure, and security
  .
• Familiarity with
  LMS platforms, APIs, and integrations
  is a plus.
• Ability to work in a
  fractional / part-time capacity
  , balancing strategy and hands-on execution.
• Strong communication and mentoring skills.

• Hybrid/Remote with visits to Noida HQ as needed
