Job Overview:

We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our high-impact marketing team in Mumbai.

The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in graphic design, preferably within

finance or financial brands (e.g., Wealth Management, Demat Apps, trading platforms, or financial

services). You will create visually compelling creatives using AI tools for performance

marketing, social media, and in-app visuals, tailored to finance themes that resonate with our

sophisticated audience. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with industry veterans in

a vibrant, innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities:


• Design visually stunning creatives for performance marketing, social media, and in-app visuals,

tailored to finance themes (e.g., trading dashboards, investment campaigns, infographics).


• Leverage AI tools (e.g., Sora, Grok, Leonardo, Midjourney) to make creatives, enhance creativity,

and ensure brand consistency across all channels.


• Collaborate with the Content Strategist, Video Graphic Editor, and Content Writer to produce

cohesive, high-quality marketing materials that align with Neo Groups brand voice and

objectives.


• Create thumb-stopping visuals optimized for engagement on platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn,

and in-app feeds, targeting HNI and UHNI audiences.


• Stay updated on design trends and AI-driven design innovations to deliver cutting-edge visuals.


• Analyze performance metrics of visual content to refine designs and improve user engagement

and conversion.

Required Qualifications and Skills:


• Experience: 2-4 years in graphic design, ideally with finance-related or financial brands.

Experience with fintech platforms is a plus.

Key Skills:


• Proficiency in AI-driven design tools, creativity in performance-oriented visuals, and knowledge

of finance dynamics.


• Education: Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Multimedia, or a related field;

certifications in design or AI tools are advantageous.


• Other Requirements: Passion for the finance domain, innovative mindset, and ability to

thrive in a fast-paced environment. Must be based in Mumbai or willing to relocate.
