Buffing Operator

Key Responsibilities:

· Operate buffing and polishing machines to finish metal parts to required surface quality.

· Select appropriate buffing wheels, compounds, and settings for various materials and finishes.

· Inspect workpieces for defects before and after the buffing process.

· Maintain consistent quality standards by adjusting pressure, speed, and angle during operations.

· Clean and prepare surfaces for polishing, removing weld marks, rust, burrs, or scratches.

· Safely handle and move components to and from the buffing station.

· Keep the work area and equipment clean and well-maintained.

· Follow safety procedures and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).

· Report defects, damages, or machine issues to the supervisor promptly.

· Record production details and report completed work daily

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹30,000.00 per month
