Senior 3D designer + BIM+Structural engineering

 

  • Education BE/B.Tech in Mechanical or Civil engineering
  • Experience Minimum 3+ years' experience in Façade design working in BIM environment

  • Ownership of the entire 3D designing work of a project
  • Understand clients' BIM models and create Facade model in accordance
  • Work planning and time estimation
  • Design team capacity analysis and planning

Candidate Profile:

Education BE/B.Tech in Mechanical or Civil engineering Experience of 3-8 years in Facade design working in a BIM environment. Exposure in ME preferred

Technical & Behavioral Skills & Knowledge
  • Behavioral: Work under pressure, Lead a team to deliver as per requirement
  • Functional: Manage day to day work with proper planning for self and the entire team
  • Technical:
  • Education BE/B.Tech in Mechanical or Civil engineering
  • Experience Minimum 3+ years' experience in Façade design working in BIM environment. Exposure in MEpreferred
  • Understanding of basic principles of Façade
  • Understand the BIM requirements in Façade design
  • Handle 3D creation if complex façade elements
  • Understand clients 3D drawings and incorporation of Façade 3D models on it
  • Knowledge of building design codes and international standards is an advantage
  • ACad 2D & 3D, Inventor, Rivet and other 3D software used in building and construction industry
  • Good to have-Knowledge of analysis software like Ecotect, Revit & structural analysis SW like STAAD
