Responsibilities:

• Client Management: Plan and assist with clients' travel preferences, creating tailored itineraries based on their budgets.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of payments, invoices, and travel bookings.
• Research: Investigate various destinations and travel options regarding prices, customs, weather, and reviews.
• Advisory: Analyze client specifications and suggest suitable travel packages or services.
• Travel Coordination: Organize travel plans from start to finish, including tickets, accommodations, and rental transportation.
• Information Supply: Provide clients with essential travel information and materials (guides, maps, event programs).
• Financial Management: Collect deposits, balance payments, and maintain financial records.
• Promotion: Utilize promotional techniques and materials to sell tour packages.
• Problem Solving: Address unforeseen issues and complaints, determining eligibility for refunds.
• Industry Engagement: Attend conferences to stay updated on tourism trends.
• Relationship Management: Maintain relationships with key contacts and stakeholders.
• Revenue Goals: Achieve revenue and profit targets through effective sales and service strategies.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Holiday Consultant
• Strong knowledge of travel destinations and trends.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Proficiency in travel booking systems and software.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Strong Communication Skill
