Job Overview

The Admission Counsellor is responsible for leading the campus admissions process, managing prospective leads, achieving enrolment targets, and ensuring smooth onboarding of new students and parents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead prospecting, counselling, and conversion of admission leads
  • Guide and support the campus admissions team to meet enrolment targets
  • Work closely with the Admissions Head, Marketing, and Academics teams to drive enrolment growth
  • Act as the first point of contact for parents and manage the end-to-end admissions process
  • Plan and conduct admission events such as Open Houses and orientations
  • Track leads from online and offline channels and ensure timely follow-ups
  • Build strong relationships with prospective parents and address their concerns
  • Stay updated on competitor offerings and market trends
