Role & responsibilities:

Must Have : Seeking candidates with Hand on expertise with Surface Plasmon Resonance (SPR).

  • Development, performance and troubleshooting of cell-based assays development, qualification and sample analysis for therapeutic protein, monoclonal antibodies.
  • Development, performance and troubleshooting of SPR, ELISA and flow cytometry assays for monoclonal antibodies.
  • Preparation of technical documents. Writing of SOP, Protocol and Reports

Preferred candidate profile:

  • Cell based assays development, qualification and sample analysis for therapeutic proteins, monoclonal antibodies.
  • To take charge of the equipment/instruments in the lab and ensure their proper functioning.
  • To support and maintain inventory of reagents & consumables required for general lab activities

Background/Qualifications:

  • MSc/MS/MTech with 6-8 Years of industry experience or
  • PhD with 1-3 Years (Not more) of industry experience are only considered for the role.
