Key Responsibilities:

  • Design digital and print materials such as brochures, infographics, presentations, social media creatives, reports, and email templates
  • Visualize and simplify data into easy-to-understand charts, graphs, and infographics
  • Collaborate with financial consultants and the marketing team to create brand-consistent visuals
  • Support branding initiatives by maintaining and evolving design templates and visual guidelines
  • Create engaging visuals for campaigns, webinars, newsletters, and client communications
  • Maintain consistency in visual branding across all platforms and materials

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign; knowledge of Canva and PowerPoint
  • Basic understanding of financial or corporate design aesthetics (clean, professional, data-driven)
  • Ability to turn complex ideas or data into visual content
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
  • Portfolio showcasing relevant academic, freelance, or personal design work
  • Basic knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, or Power BI visuals)
  • Experience with motion graphics or video editing is a plus
  • Understanding of UI/UX design principles
