Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive to provide comprehensive administrative support to our leadership team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills and a strong ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This role requires a proactive individual who can maintain professionalism in all interactions and contribute to the smooth operation of our office environment.

Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide support.
  • Generate leads through cold calling.
  • Follow up on leads to convert them into sales or appointments
  • Plan and coordinate events, meetings, and conferences, ensuring all logistical details are handled effectively.
  • Respond to customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Handle customer service inquiries with professionalism, addressing concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while managing incoming calls and communications.
  • Assist in office management tasks to maintain a productive work environment.
  • Collaborate with team members to support various projects as needed.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in an executive administrative support role or similar position.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • 1–2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, customer care, or BPO is an advantage.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills..
  • Strong listening and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle irate or difficult customers with patience.
  • Professional and empathetic approach in dealing with clients..
  • Strong customer service orientation with effective communication skills.

Proficiency in basic computer applications like MS Excel, Word, Email. Familiarity with CRM tools, telecalling software, or cloud calling systems. Ability to maintain records and data entry with accuracy.

  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
